Bu sözleşme, LezyMacro yazılımını ("Program") ve lezymacro.com sitesini ("Site") kullanan kişi ("Kullanıcı") ile LezyMacro ("biz") arasındaki şartları belirler. Siteye kayıt olarak, lisans satın alarak veya Programı kullanarak bu sözleşmeyi okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız kayıt olmayın ve Programı kullanmayın.
1. Hizmetin tanımı
Program, AION2 oyununda klavye ve fare girdilerini otomatikleştiren bir arka plan makro aracıdır. Program, oyunun geliştiricisi veya yayıncısı ile bağlantılı değildir; onlar tarafından onaylanmamış ya da desteklenmemektedir.
2. Kullanım kararı ve sorumluluk
Programı kullanma kararı ve bu kullanımın tüm sonuçlarına ilişkin sorumluluk tamamen Kullanıcıya aittir.
Kullanıcı; oynadığı oyunun kullanım şartlarını, kurallarını ve otomasyon araçlarına ilişkin politikalarını kendisinin incelemesi gerektiğini ve Programı bu kuralları bilerek kullandığını kabul eder.
3. Oyun hesabı
Oyun yayıncıları, üçüncü taraf yazılım kullanımına karşı oyun hesaplarına uyarı, geçici veya kalıcı kısıtlama, askıya alma ya da kapatma gibi işlemler uygulayabilir. Oyun hesabınıza gelebilecek hiçbir uyarı, kısıtlama, askıya alma veya kapatmadan ve bunlardan doğabilecek kayıplardan (oyun içi eşya, ilerleme, para veya zaman dahil) sorumlu değiliz. Bu tür bir işlem, lisans ücretinin iadesi için gerekçe oluşturmaz.
4. Lisans
- Lisans kişiseldir ve devredilemez. Yalnızca hesabın sahibi tarafından kullanılabilir.
- Hesap bilgileri ve lisans başkasıyla paylaşılamaz, satılamaz, kiralanamaz veya ödünç verilemez.
- Lisans ilk girişte kullanılan bilgisayara bağlanır. Bilgisayar değişikliği için destek ile iletişime geçilmelidir.
- Paylaşım, yeniden satış, Programın kırılması, tersine mühendislik veya koruma önlemlerinin atlatılmaya çalışılması tespit edilirse lisans iade yapılmaksızın askıya alınabilir veya iptal edilebilir.
5. Ödeme ve iade
Lisans, satın alındığı anda elektronik ortamda teslim edilen ve hemen kullanıma açılan dijital bir üründür. Kullanıcı, ödemeyi yaparak lisansın derhal etkinleştirilmesini talep ettiğini ve bu nedenle cayma hakkını kaybettiğini kabul eder.
Teknik bir sorun olmadıkça iade yapılmaz. Teknik sorun; Programın bizden kaynaklanan bir hata nedeniyle çalışmaması ve bu sorunun destek talebi açıldıktan sonra makul bir süre içinde giderilememesi demektir. Bu durumda iade veya kullanılamayan süre kadar lisans uzatması yapılabilir. Fikir değiştirme, oyunun güncellenmesi sonrası geçici uyumsuzluk (makul sürede giderildiği sürece), Kullanıcının bilgisayarı veya internet bağlantısından kaynaklanan sorunlar ve 3. maddede sayılan oyun hesabı işlemleri iade gerekçesi değildir.
6. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluğun sınırı
Program "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı, her oyun sürümüyle uyumlu olacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Programın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı veya doğrudan zararlardan sorumluluğumuz, Kullanıcının son lisans için ödediği tutarla sınırlıdır.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu sözleşme güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır; değişiklikten sonra Programı kullanmaya devam etmek, güncel sürümün kabulü anlamına gelir.

User Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms between LezyMacro ("we") and any person ("User") who uses the LezyMacro software (the "Program") or the lezymacro.com website (the "Site"). By registering on the Site, purchasing a license or using the Program, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not register and do not use the Program.
1. The service
The Program is a background macro tool that automates keyboard and mouse input in the game AION2. The Program is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by the game's developer or publisher.
2. Your decision and responsibility
The decision to use the Program, and responsibility for all consequences of that use, rest entirely with the User.
The User accepts that it is their own responsibility to review the terms of service, rules and automation policies of the game they play, and that they use the Program with knowledge of those rules.
3. Your game account
Game publishers may apply warnings, temporary or permanent restrictions, suspensions or closures to game accounts for the use of third-party software. We are not responsible for any warning, restriction, suspension or closure of your game account, or for any resulting loss (including in-game items, progress, money or time). Such an action is not grounds for a refund of the license fee.
4. License
- The license is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the account holder.
- Account details and the license may not be shared, sold, rented or lent to anyone else.
- The license is bound to the computer used at first login. Contact support to change computers.
- If sharing, reselling, cracking, reverse engineering or attempts to bypass protection measures are detected, the license may be suspended or cancelled without a refund.
5. Payment and refunds
The license is a digital product delivered electronically and activated immediately upon purchase. By paying, the User requests immediate activation of the license and accepts that they therefore lose the right of withdrawal.
No refunds are given unless there is a technical problem. A technical problem means the Program does not work because of an error on our side, and the problem is not fixed within a reasonable time after a support ticket is opened. In that case we may issue a refund or extend the license by the time it could not be used. Change of mind, temporary incompatibility after a game update (as long as it is fixed within a reasonable time), problems caused by the User's computer or internet connection, and the game account actions listed in section 3 are not grounds for a refund.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors, or that it will be compatible with every game version. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Program is limited to the amount the User paid for their most recent license.
7. Changes
This agreement may be updated. The current version is always published on this page; continuing to use the Program after a change means you accept the current version.
